Resources Menu
The Resources sub menu includes the Add new resource, Import resources and Add new resource from My Contacts options.
The Resource Information section appears when Add new resource is clicked. Here, you need to fill in the Resource name and Resource e-mail and select his/her role from the drop down list – Space manager, Project manager, Team member or Guest (details on the roles). Moreover, you can select the right check box to add the resource to your contacts list automatically. If you already have created projects, you can immediately add the new resource in the project team by choosing the desired project form the Add resource in Project team drop-down menu. Press Save&Close to complete the process.
A list with all of your previously created or imported contacts will be shown when clicking the Add new resource from My Contacts. You will be able to add some or all of these contacts as resources.
