Create new project

 

Clicking Create new project option, the Project Information section appears.

 

You need to enter Project name and Project description, create your project team, and determine project’s start date. The project’s end date is calculated according to the project’s last task end date. These are mandatory fields; all the others are optional and could be filled in if you need them.

When creating the project you can set the calendar for the project. There are predefined project calendars, but you can also create a customized calendar for the specific project.

Note: the roles of the project members can be changed also for the particular project by choosing from the drop down list the desired role for the specific resource.
