Your Credit Card is protected
If you choose to purchase our product, the Apco Limited Payment Gateway (if you
choose to pay with VISA or Master Card) or the VeriSign Payment Gateway (if you
choose to pay with American Express or Discover) will process your payment. The
card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank.
We do not have access to any information about the card or your bank account.

ProjectOffice.net may choose to deploy advertising on the service that is delivered

Refunds
Seavus approves refunds only if the customer requests so. The customer will be refunded
only in cases where he has not activated the license provided. After the customer
requests a refund of the money, Seavus will investigate the situation and act accordingly.
Refund is done within 15 business days.
Privacy Protection for Children
According to the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA),
we will never deliberately request personally identifiable information from anyone
under the age of 13 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides
personal information to ProjectOffice.net through this web site represents that
is aged 13 years or older. If we establish that the opposite occurred we will take
appropriate steps to remove the member's information from the database and we
will restrict this individual from future access to ProjectOffice.net, unless the
child was invited by his or her parent or legal guardian.
Updating and Deleting Personal Information

Seavus Group may choose to create a member newsletter. When this feature is offered,
members will be able to opt out of receiving the newsletter by following the instructions
included at the footer of the newsletter.

Your ProjectOffice.net account is password protected so that only you can access
